Stay details
For whole-house stays, BBQ, birthday plans, or special activities, please call first to discuss your dates and needs.
Please book in Chinese or English.
Dongshan River views, open fields in the morning, and quiet night skies.
Breakfast is served from 8:30 to 9:30 AM. Whole-house stays may include a handmade buffet-style breakfast.
Local activity planning is available. Please call in advance for honeymoon, anniversary, birthday, BBQ, or other surprise arrangements.
Reservation and payment
- After booking confirmation, please pay a 30% deposit within one day. Rooms cannot be held after the deadline.
- After transfer, please provide the last five digits of the transfer account for confirmation.
- Please call after transferring so we can confirm whether the payment has arrived.

Cancellation
Changes and cancellations
- If a typhoon, earthquake, or other force majeure event affects the stay date, the local government announcement applies. The deposit may be fully refunded or retained for a later stay.
- Typhoon-related changes or cancellations are based on a land warning for Yilan or the guest's residence area, as announced by the Central Weather Administration.
- Please notify us at least 7 days before the stay date to change dates. The deposit can be retained for six months.
- For notices within 7 days, partial deposit refunds follow consumer protection regulations.

Please take care of personal valuables. The homestay is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Smoking and betel nut are not allowed indoors. Drinking disturbances, gambling, parties, and drug use are strictly prohibited and may be reported.

Gas stoves, induction cookers, and other flammable or dangerous items are not allowed indoors.

Please do not remove decorations, linens, furniture, or appliances from the room. Ask us if you are interested in purchasing similar items.

Parents are asked to supervise children and avoid running, jumping, or rough play indoors.

Please lower noise from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Public areas are available until 10:00 PM.

Please return before 10:00 PM. If you need to return later, let us know in advance and keep noise low when entering.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM. Check-out is before 11:00 AM.
